PHILIPPINES WARRANTY POLICY

One Year Free Warranty

Hiking machinery is proud to offer a one year free warranty on all products sold. If a quality problem occurs within one year of purchase, we will supply free replacement parts (usually by air) and guide you through the repair process. We guarantee all products and parts from Hiking machinery and its authorised distributors or retailers in the Philippines to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

If a part is confirmed to be defective, we will provide it free of charge for product repairs, provided that the product is still covered by either the original or an extended warranty. All repairs must be carried out under the supervision of HIKING technical staff, who will determine the appropriate remedy.

Warranty Limitations And Exclusions

Damage caused by misuse: We do not provide free service for damage caused by human error or misuse. If you believe the damage has occurred during normal use, please provide photographic or video evidence showing no visible signs of misuse. In cases of confirmed misuse, we will still offer free technical support, but you will be responsible for the cost of replacement parts.

Consumable parts: Free support does not cover consumable parts on large equipment. These include various types of tyres, rubber shock absorbers, purely decorative covers and various types of blades and rollers.

Visibly damaged machines: We do not offer free service on machines that are visibly damaged at the time of reporting.

Engine related issues: Most of our machines use Honda or B&S engines, which can be serviced by your local authorised service centre.

Lifetime Cost Warranty

After the one year free warranty, HIKING MACHINERY PHILIPPINES will continue to provide support under a “Lifetime Cost Warranty”. You only pay for the parts you need; we continue to provide technical advice at no extra cost. This ensures that your equipment remains fully functional and valuable throughout its lifetime.
