3. Shipping
We offer door-to-door ocean freight services to our customers in the Philippines. Upon receipt of payment, we will prepare the equipment and ship it to the port within seven working days, typically loading it onto a vessel within five working days, with delivery expected within 15 working days. The whole process takes approximately 30-35 days. Due to the uncertainties of sea transport, the above timescales are for guidance only. We will ensure that the equipment is carefully packed to ensure safe transport.
