To address this, we offer a one-year free warranty service to our customers in the Philippines and South East Asia. After the first year, we continue to offer cost-guarantee services, where our engineers provide free technical advice and only charge for the cost of parts. 3. Shipping
We offer door-to-door ocean freight services to our customers in the Philippines. Upon receipt of payment, we will prepare the equipment and ship it to the port within seven working days, typically loading it onto a vessel within five working days, with delivery expected within 15 working days. The whole process takes approximately 30-35 days. Due to the uncertainties of sea transport, the above timescales are for guidance only. We will ensure that the equipment is carefully packed to ensure safe transport.
